Return Policy

1. You have 1–2 days from the date of receiving any  item to request a return. Shipping costs will be covered by the buyer, provided that the product is intact, unopened, unused in any way, and its packaging (including the box and all accessories) remains undamaged. After verification, the refund will be processed via bank transfer within 14 business days.  

2. If the product is defective or does not match the website’s description, you must submit a return request within two days of receipt. Upon our review and confirmation of eligibility, the paid amount (excluding shipping fees) will be refunded to the registered bank account via bank transfer within *14 business days.  

3. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

To proceed, you must notify Blend House Store’s support team via the store’s website before shipping (if possible) or within two days of delivery, provided the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (including the box and all accessories). Once verified, we will contact you promptly to arrange the replacement.
